About Collaborative Educational Press

Created by Educators. Informed by Families. Designed for Every Learner.

Who We Are

At Collaborative Educational Press, we believe educational resources should do more than provide information. They should create understanding, build confidence, and help people take meaningful action.

Too often, families are overwhelmed by educational terminology, educators are given theoretical resources that fail to address real classroom challenges, and school teams are left searching for practical solutions that support diverse learners. We created CE Press to change that.

Founded by educator, advocate, and former Director of Special Education Jeanine Leech, CE Press develops practical, research-informed resources for educators, families, paraprofessionals, school leaders, and advocates. Every publication is designed to translate complex educational concepts into clear, accessible guidance that can be applied immediately in classrooms, meetings, and everyday interactions with students.

Our resources are rooted in a simple belief: when the adults supporting a child have access to quality information, better outcomes become possible.

What Makes Us Different

Our publications are not written from the perspective of theory alone. They are shaped by decades of experience working directly with students, supporting families, training staff, developing programs, leading school systems, and navigating the realities of special education and inclusive learning environments.

We understand the questions educators ask because we have been educators. We understand the concerns families face because we work alongside families every day. We understand the challenges schools encounter because we have led school systems from the inside.

This unique perspective allows us to create resources that are practical, balanced, and focused on helping adults work together in support of children.

Our Mission

To empower educators, support families, and promote inclusive learning by providing practical, accessible resources that improve understanding and strengthen educational outcomes for all learners.

Our Vision

We envision schools and communities where every child is understood, every family feels informed and valued, and every educator has the tools needed to support diverse learners with confidence.
